Ajax Comets Baton Club

Our Passion is Baton Twirling!

About Us

We are a non-profit community based BATON TWIRLING CLUB located in Ajax, Ontario, Canada. We have been twirling baton since 1995! This is our 17th year of operation. We have approximately 30 athletes in our club, 4 fantastic baton twirling coaches (certified OBTA/CBTF coaches, judges) and 2 wonderful dance instructors. We all agree that:

OUR PASSION IS BATON TWIRLING!

Baton Twirling will improve hand-eye coordination, provide an atmosphere for learning and team work, and offer a means of physical exercise.

Our clubs main objective is for everyone involved to have a lot of fun!

The Ajax Comets Baton Club provide lessons in baton twirling and pompom for children ages 4 and up. We offer several different types and styles of lessons (individual vs. group, recreational vs. competitive).

Our club participates in local parades and has shows for local senior citizen homes. We also have a very exciting year end recital where athletes can show off their talent and have a fantastic time. Our season starts in late September and ends in June with an end of year party.

In addition, some of our athletes compete in baton twirling competitions locally, Provincially and Nationally. They compete for ribbons, medals, trophies, and titles.
